I founded Pilgrimage Consulting, as a result of realizing that the Leadership in many of our Churches and Nonprofits organizations has been trained in ministry and personal leadership skills. However; many times these leaders find themselves in a struggle to effectively develop the systems and processes needed to achieve their goals. With my years of experience in the business, ministry and my academic research I am able to help these organizations and individuals develop the vision, strategies, systems and processes needed for them to succeed in our ever-changing world.
